JANUARY RS ACTIVITY
Our January RS Activity is this Thursday, January 20th at 7:00 pm at the church. Our theme for this activity is "Purse"onal Excellence and will be tons of fun as well as a time to reflect on our priorities in life.


JANUARY TEMPLE TRIP
The January temple trip will be Friday, January 14. Please call or email Elizabeth Goodsell from the Pine Creek ward if you would like to join us and carpool. Meet at 8:20am at PF Chang parking lot to leave by 8:30am. Return by noon. Remember, the Denver Temple will be closed for most of the later half of January, so this may be a great time to go!

OCTOBER PEARS AT CANNERY
The Aurora Cannery is looking for help in approximately two weeks (around the end of October) to help can pears. Those who participate will be able to purchase them at a price of $1.20 for a 28 oz. can. If any in your wards are interested, please have them email Scott Lutz at snlutz at q doc com.

OCTOBER TEMPLE TRIP
The October RS temple trip will be on Friday, October 1 instead of the second Friday when the kids are out of school. Please call or email Elizabeth Goodsell from the Pine Creek ward if you would like to join us and carpool. Meet at 8:20am at PF Chang parking lot to leave by 8:30am. Return by noon.

SEPTEMBER ACTIVITY
Come on Thursday, September 16th 9:30am until whenever you are done to do dry pack canning at the Bishops' storehouse. 12 people is the maximum number at a time, so please let Julie Cummings know if you are coming or if you need to cancel, we can have a wait list to have someone take your place. You can can anything you want on the list, no need to pre-order. Anyone can walk-in and can on the days they are open, so don't feel bad if you can't make it to this activity this month. Try again another time!


MONTHLY RELIEF SOCIETY ACTIVITY NIGHT
Mark your calendars now! We are planning to hold our monthly Relief Society Activity on the 4th Thursday of each month starting June 24th. Our kick-off activity is themed “A Jammin’ Good Time!” where we can get to know each other better, and make-n-take home some yummy freezer jam!


Invite your friends, invite your neighbors, invite the lady from the grocery store, invite the mom you know from school, invite anyone who loves jam. (Contact us at NorthgateReliefSociety@gmail.com if you plan to bring a friend so we can make enough jam!)


JUNE TEMPLE TRIPS
Elizabeth Goodsell will be going to the temple tomorrow morning (Friday, June 4th) leaving at 8:30 am from the PF Chang parking lot. She would love to have company if anyone is able to go. A regularly scheduled temple trip for Friday, June 11th (second Friday) will be happening this month as well. Carol Gaskill will be driving that day. Please notify Elizabeth or Carol if you would like to attend with us.

MAY TEMPLE TRIP
Pinecreek/Northgate temple trip for Relief Society sisters EVERY second Friday of the month. This Friday, May 14th we will be meeting at the PF Chang parking lot at 8:25 to leave by 8:30am. We are usually home by 12:30. Please call Elizabeth Goodsell if you would like to come.

If you can't make it this time, mark your calendars for the future second Fridays (we usually continue through the summer with minor adjustments).

(NOTE: These wonderful events are sponsored by caring individuals and are no longer considered 'official' Relief Society sponsored activities--which basically means that a member of the Relief Society presidency is not required to be in attendance. But we encourage you all to go and enjoy!!)
