Time Reflection Survey

By now, you should've received a survey via email asking you to help provide information for our upcoming RS Activity on January 20th. We ask that you print out the survey and either mail it to Michele Schaeffer or drop it off in Relief Society no later than January 16th. Even if you are not able to attend the RS Activity-- your response is needed!!

Survey Directions: Pick one day this week, (Mon-Fri) to reflect on. Start from when you wake up and reflect upon your day hour by hour filling in your activities on the timeline as you go. See the sample image for reference. This is an anonymous survey so please do not write your name on it. If you choose to mail it, please use Michele Schaffer’s address for the return address. The drop box will be in the Chapel during RS for the next two Sundays. Thanks!
