Ward Christmas Party- Items Needed

Christmas is coming quickly and we are so excited about the ward party this year. The Activities Committee have some very special things planned that everyone will really enjoy. They do need some help from you to make it a success and would like to ask for some volunteers for a few items. Please e-mail Valerie McDowell and let her know what you are willing to do/contribute. Thank you so much in advance. With your help this will be a very special evening. Watch for sign-up sheets on Sunday!

1. We need volunteers to help heat and cut up the ham. You will need to bring it to the church on Dec. 10th.



2. We need a total of 25 dozen rolls. If we could get volunteers to sign up to bring 1-2 dozen each that would be great.



3. We need a couple of volunteers to bring an ironing board and iron to the church and help iron sheets.



4. We need to borrow four Roman costumes. If you have these and would be willing to lend them out or know of someone who does please let us know.



5. We need to borrow strands of white string, little white lights.



6. We need to borrow 10-15 fake ficus trees and shrubs.
